Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, with a few drawbacks. The room, while spacious with a view of the river, had outdated decor and was uncomfortably warm. The service was top-notch, especially when handling multiple guests checking in and out. The location overlooking the river Rhine was fantastic, with easy access to town and cycling routes. Dining offered a good variety of high-quality options at a reasonable price. However, some areas could use improvement to enhance the overall experience.
During breakfast time, the rooms were a good size with a good view of the river. They were spacious and well-equipped but a little dated in terms of design. The hotel looked out over the Rhine River. Service from our bedroom was superb and the staff were friendly, even when handling multiple check-ins and check-outs. The location offers a great view of the River Rhine, away from the town center, with a fantastic receptionist named Sylvia. The dining options were varied, with high-quality food but a bit lacking in temperature. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay with a good value for money.
The hotel offers good-sized, well-equipped, and comfortable rooms with air conditioning and stunning panoramic views of the Lower Rhine, Arnhem, and Oosterbeek. While generally positive, I did come across not properly cleaned women's underwear, which was off-putting. The service was a mix of efficiency and friendliness, providing a helpful and superb experience. The location, although far from the city center and John Frost Bridge, offers a perfect setting with beautiful views of the Neider Rijn and the marshes. The dining experience, following the NH standard, was excellent, with generous offerings and many alternatives, yet it requires appointments. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and offer a high standard of service.
